Ras Al Khaimah, UAE – February 1, 2026 — Gulf Cement Company announced the appointment of Mr. Johann Nieschwietz as Senior Vice President – Technical Operations, strengthening the company’s leadership in technical management and industrial operations.

Johann brings more than two decades of international experience in cement manufacturing, having held senior technical and operational leadership roles within global organizations including Dyckerhoff GmbH, EuroCement Group, and Heidelberg Materials.

Throughout his career, he has managed large-scale cement production facilities with annual capacities exceeding 4.5 million tons, overseeing complex operational environments while implementing efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives.

His expertise includes plant optimization, large-scale capital investment programs, and the implementation of environmental strategies focused on reducing carbon emissions and improving energy efficiency.

Johann’s appointment represents an important step in strengthening Gulf Cement’s technical capabilities as the company continues to align its operations with international best practices and modern industrial standards.
