Gulf Cement Company is committed to advancing sustainability through innovative environmental initiatives. Among our most significant achievements is the Waste Heat Based Power Recovery Project, the largest of its kind in the region. This system generates clean electricity by capturing and converting waste heat produced during cement manufacturing.
By harnessing energy that would otherwise be lost, the project significantly improves operational efficiency while reducing our environmental footprint. Most importantly, it contributes to a reduction of more than 200,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year, reinforcing our leadership in sustainable industrial practices and our dedication to protecting the environment for future generations.
