Continual technical developments of
the first
production line:

Mixed firing started in kiln and calciner after introducing Natural
gas firing along with 180 cSt fuel oil.
·
Marine Heavy fuel oil 1000 cSt is also introduced along with 180 cSt
and Natural gas.
·
Micro Mill Project for fine grinding Pet.Coke/Coal,which is needed for
Kiln & NSP.
·
Filter Bag House for reducing the dust emission from Kiln and cooler
chimney to 25/mm3.
·
GCC commissioned an additional clinker truck loading system.
·
GCC commissioned secondary crushing system for silica rock to produce
crushed silica with 10 mm.
·
Clinker pre-crushing unit for enhancing the cement mill grinding
capacity.
·
Pet Coke Indirect firing System for feeding kiln and NSP
